Staff
Chris
Clark is a certified doula (CD), lactation consultant (IBCLC)
and respiratory therapist. She is the mother of four children
and founder of BlessingWay Family Services. Clark has also
been credited with bringing kangaroo care to the St. Paul
Children's Hospital in 1989 following the birth of her fourth
child. After Chris's success with kangaroo care, the St.
Paul hospital (now United Hospital) became the first hospital
in America to develop and promote a kangaroo care program
for their neonatal intensive care unit.

Family Services is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
We are managed and directed by a 12 person board of directors.
