Trusting
Birth Class
These
are generally held at the St. Croix Regional Medical Center
located in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. This four-hour class
can help you and your partner prepare for the birth. Birthing
book included. Content includes:
- conditioning
exercises
- value-added
nutrition
- relaxation
and breathing techniques
- comfort
measures
- massage/acupressure
- aromatherapy,
water and music therapy
- working
through the fears
- best
positions for labor and birth
Cost
is $35 per couple.

Classes
Trusting Birth Classes are held the first Saturday of each
month from 9 AM to 1 PM in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Please contact

Instructors
Chris
Clark teaches and facilitates the Trusting Birth Class with
her husband Steve. Chris and Steve are cofounders of BlessingWay
Family Services. Chris is an International Board Certified
Lactation Consultant
(IBCLC) providing specialized skill and knowledge on breastfeeding.
She is also a Certified Doula (CD) experienced in using
many comfort measures during birth to provide a more relaxed
and fulfilling birth experience.
